Parkva for garages & venues

No more lines to pay for parking.

Drivers park, scan the sign, and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card, with nothing to download. Nobody stops at the entrance to pay, so fans head inside sooner.

Today

Still counting the cash box at midnight?

After the game, nobody can square the cash box with the cars that were in the lot. The kiosk went down, event cars took monthly spaces, and Monday someone changes every rate back.

Before Parkva · the count-out

  • Level 2’s kiosk, down from 6 to 8.

  • Saturday’s count, on the office board.

  • Level 4, on game night.

With Parkva

Pay at your space, not the kiosk.

Each level and lot gets its own sign, and there’s no machine to fix. Drivers scan it after parking, pick an hour or tonight, and pay. Change a rate, and the sign still works.

QR won’t scan? Type the sign’s short code: the same checkout opens, with your garage and the level named first.

These signs help drivers register and pay. They are not a substitute for state-required tow-away or private-parking signage, which remains the property’s responsibility under local law.
Every checkout reads in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean.

Fans park instead of circling.

Where Parkva Flow is installed, compact cameras on the lot’s light poles mark each space open or taken. Fans see the open ones on their phone before they pull in, and so do your attendants.

Pay by space

Fans pay for the space they’re in.

Parkva Flow’s cameras see each space fill, so a fan who scans the sign finds the space they parked in already on their phone. They pick a time and pay, with no plate to type.

You see every space as open, paid, or taken but not paid, and so does whoever runs your checks, so they go straight to the unpaid ones.

Game-night rates, without the Monday reset.

  1. Name the game, then set its rate.

Pick its lots and its hours, then set the rate for the night. Level 4’s monthly parkers keep the rate they already pay.

  2. Saturday, fans see both prices.

The checkout at the sign names the game beside the zone and shows the usual price struck through, so the rate is clear before anyone pays.

    Sat 6:52 PM

  3. Sunday, the usual rates are back.

The event ends at the hour you set. Sunday morning’s checkout shows the usual prices again, and nobody changes a rate back on Monday.

    Sun 9:10 AM

Fill the empty level with monthly parkers.

Drivers subscribe at the level’s sign and manage it from a link, not by calling you. An event pass doesn’t cover the level, so the check flags an event car parked there.

Level 4 is its own zone, and the check knows which zone a pass covers.

  • Subscribe from the sign, no account first.

  • A declined card keeps parking while it’s retried.

  • When the level is full, it stops selling.

Find the cars that didn’t pay.

Walk a level with a phone and a belt printer, or have your team or enforcement operator drive it with Parkva Patrol, where your state allows plate reading. Each plate is checked against Parkva and ParkMobile payments.

  • People in red and cream clothing walk between rows of parked cars toward a stadium on a sunny afternoon.

    Paid on ParkMobile still counts.

Spaces you already sell through ParkMobile stay that way. The phone and Parkva Patrol read those payments too, so a car that paid there isn’t ticketed here.

  • An event car on the monthly level.

Your attendant photographs the plate, and the phone answers: not permitted on Level 4, paid for Levels 1 to 3. A warning prints from the printer on their belt.

  • Both rows of the lot, one drive.

Parkva Patrol reads every plate on both sides of the aisle from the moment the vehicle starts. The night’s list rides in the vehicle, so even the lowest level gets checked.

  • No pass at all? Ticket printed.

After a live re-check, one tap writes the parking ticket and prints it from the belt, with a code the driver pays from their phone. The case keeps the photos.

No more “But I paid!” calls.

Before a parking ticket prints, the plate is checked again, so a driver who just paid isn’t ticketed. On one page, drivers see the photos, pay or appeal, and clear older tickets, even your old system’s.

Tows on the record, not in texts.

Request the tow from the case. It waits for your OK if you want it to, then reaches your tow operator’s screen with the photos. Every step stays on one record you can show the driver.

You decide, with your enforcement operator, whether towing is on, how many warnings come first, and whether each tow waits for you.

Before Parkva · a text

Know every level was walked last night.

When your security team walks the garage after the event, Parkva Guard follows each round by GPS, files every check with its photo, and sends the night in one brief by morning.

The night’s Patrol session lands in the same brief, with every plate it read.

Every dollar tied to a car.

Passes, monthly payments, and parking tickets each carry a plate, a level, and a time, so there’s no cash box to count. The owner sees the same numbers, and payouts divide at payment, as you agreed.

Each sign’s scans, checkouts, and payments, zone by zone, for any night you pick.

RVs and pickups, each in its place.

  • RVs park where you tell them.

RV and trailer drivers buy a day pass of their own at the sign, and your note on where to park shows on the pass and the receipt.

  • Pickup spaces stay pickup spaces.

A Parkva Watch camera over the fifteen-minute pickup spaces out front flags a car still there past the limit, with its clip, and your staff decide. It reads no plates.

What do garage and venue operators ask?

  • Do we need gates or pay stations?

No. Each level’s sign opens checkout on the driver’s phone, and its printed code keeps working through every rate change. Gates you already run keep doing their job.

  • What about parking we pre-sell online?

Keep selling it there, and park those cars in a lot of their own. Parkva sells the drive-up spaces, the monthly level, and the event rate from the sign, and its checks read Parkva and ParkMobile payments.

  • What about fake QR stickers on our signs?

Each sign also prints a short code, and a driver who types it sees your garage and the level named before paying. The real Apple Pay sheet always names your garage. And if a level’s scans suddenly drop, its zone card shows it.

  • Do we need a tow company?

No. A garage can sell parking with enforcement off, on purpose. When you want checks, your staff or your enforcement operator runs them, and you decide together whether cars get a warning first and whether parking tickets or tows are used at all.
