Parkva Two-Year Limited Warranty

Product Covered: Parkva Camera and Control Units

This Two-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Parkva Corporation (“Company”) and applies only to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of the Product. By using this Product, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this Warranty.

1. Coverage

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware components of the Product under normal use and maintenance for a period of two (2) years from the date of invoice (“Warranty Period”).

2. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents, including but not limited to:

    • Dropping, crushing, or submerging the Product.

    • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.

  2. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, discoloration).

  3. Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., water, fire, or extreme temperatures).

  4. Use of the Product with non-compatible or third-party accessories or components.

  5. Software, including third-party applications or operating systems.

3. Remedies

If a defect covered by this Warranty arises during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts.

  2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.

  3. Refund the original purchase price of the Product.

Any repaired or replaced Product will continue to be covered under this Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the repair/replacement date, whichever is longer.

4. Claims Process

To make a Warranty claim:

  1. Contact the Company’s customer support team at support@parkva.com.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).

  3. Follow the instructions provided for returning the Product, if required.

The Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the Product. The Company will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced Product back to the Customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the Product. The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

6. Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising from this Warranty will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Lake County, Illinois.

7. Additional Rights

This Warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights, and the Customer may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. This Warranty does not affect any statutory rights of the Customer.
