Still driving past your BOLOs?

Officers run a plate when they have a reason to. Two rows over, a car in an AMBER Alert or one tied to a warrant looks like any other, so the unit drives right past it.

With Parkva Patrol

Every BOLO, the whole fleet.

This morning’s BOLOs reach every car, not just the inboxes they went to. Add a plate for a warrant, an AMBER Alert, or an open case, or import your spreadsheet. Every car looks for those plates the next time its officer starts Patrol.

Your reads belong to your agency.

A city’s streets in navy: the fleet’s reads and the hotlist slide into register on one read in the Civic Center lot, a stolen vehicle at 9:41 PM.

Officers know what they’re walking up to.

The moment the plate is read, the tablet names the hit: Warrant, AMBER Alert, or Stolen Vehicle. Dispatch, your investigators, or whoever you choose get the reason and your instructions by email, with a photo of the car and a map to it.

The Patrol tablet in Open Scan. The newest read, 6WNB317, is a hotlist hit for a stolen vehicle, with its BOLO and instructions: do not approach, contact dispatch. Demo data.

Your trespass list, out of the binder.

Someone barred from campus, a hospital, or a store’s lot? Add their car as Trespassed, and every patrol car looks for it. The officer who passes it knows, and your record shows where and when.

Every permit check looks for your BOLOs.

Where your department runs parking, your officers and CSOs already check permits on foot and from the car. Each of those checks looks for every car on your hotlist too.

  • The barred car, found on foot.

Where the car can’t go, your officer, deputy, or CSO photographs the plate. A barred owner’s car comes up flagged, and the sighting goes on your record.

  • A valid permit never hides a warrant.

A car can sit on its owner’s block on a valid permit. Your officer’s check shows the permit and your hotlist’s flag together, and the car on its round flags it too.

  • Game day: every visiting car checked.

Home games fill every lot with visiting cars and stretch your staff. One drive through the stadium lots checks each car against your hotlist, and the reserved lots’ permits too.

  • The ticket, from the belt.

Your officer or CSO prints a ticket or a warning from a printer on the belt or in the car. The driver pays or appeals from the slip by phone.

Campus security officers walk lock-up rounds? With Parkva Guard, each building check completes when the officer reaches the door, and the night’s route plays back on the map.

Unmarked stays unmarked.

Patrol’s cameras are compact and low, and move from car to car. Cellular is built in and your list is stored in the car, so IT has nothing to connect and checks keep running in a dead zone.

Patrol is on the moment the car starts.
