Parkva Patrol

The Parkva Patrol hardware: two infrared cameras, the control unit, and the driver’s tablet scanning a lot, its newest read not registered. Demo data.

Your drivers drive. Parkva checks every plate, so you find the cars with no permit or on your hotlist, without anyone walking the lot.

No more hours a night on foot.

Walking every row, checking tags, and typing plates one car at a time, while the rest of the route waits.

With Parkva Patrol

Scan each lot in minutes, not hours.

Cameras read both sides, 100+ plates a minute. FTR’s drivers can hit 20 properties a shift, not 3 or 4 on foot.

Work out the time and revenue your crew could gain

New hires, as accurate as your best.

On night one, a new hire gets the same green or red as a 10-year veteran. Each property’s permits, guests, zones, and your hotlist live on the tablet, not in anyone’s head.

The Patrol tablet at Sunset Ridge: seven plate reads land from both cameras, each checked as it lands; one guest pass expired and one car not registered.

Find violations faster.

Each one used to be a call, a clipboard, or a guess.

  • See where each car may park.

Each permit type plays its own sound. The read shows its zone, unit, and space.

  • A car’s history, before you act.

Past warnings, tickets, and tows here, and what the property manager wants next.

  • Hotlist cars flag themselves.

A stolen or banned car comes up red, with what to do next.

  • Warn or ticket on the spot.

Pick the step the property allows, and it prints in the vehicle.

  • Send the tow from the seat.

To your tow system, or the property first. Allow List tows need a logged reason.

  • Hang-tag lots? Patrol remembers.

Dots count the patrols that saw each car, so you check new cars first.

Say yes to any property.

Whether a property uses Parkva Permit, another company’s permit system, or hang tags, Patrol works with it. No switching systems, no new app for each property you patrol.

Be sure before you ticket or tow.

One tap checks the plate again, live. A guest who paid two minutes ago shows as paid, and photos go on the record for when the property manager asks why.

Two cars are checked again, left to right: 5RNT884 turns out to be a paid visitor, with no tow button; 226ZZE has two warnings and the manager’s instruction to tow.

Which cars were there last night?

One drive checks the property’s permits and your hotlist, with a timed photo of every plate. After a break-in, show the property manager which cars you saw. Parking becomes a service you bill.

  • The Patrol tablet’s two cameras on a night lot, and a hotlist hit: 6WNB317, a stolen Toyota Tacoma. Do not approach; contact dispatch immediately.
  • Sunset Ridge’s security report for October 8: the night’s pins on a map, a light out at 2:05 AM, the pool gate latched at 11:20 PM, and the 9:17 PM patrol session, 142 plates.

More properties a night, same trucks.

The tablet shows cars with no permit as the truck passes, so nobody walks a dark lot, and drivers get out only when there’s work.

  • The patrol tablet at Sunset Ridge Apartments: 226ZZE, with its photo, is not permitted and has two prior cases here; JXM209, a guest until 6:00 AM, is permitted.
  • The case for 226ZZE at Sunset Ridge: no permit, two prior cases here. Violation identified at 9:41 PM, with photos of the plate and the car.

Roll call’s list, checked all shift.

Every plate your officers pass is checked against your hotlist, not their memory. A hit reaches dispatch with a photo and the place, and half a plate finds the read later.

  • The hit’s email to dispatch: Hotlist Hit Detected, Stolen Vehicle. 6WNB317, a silver Toyota Tacoma, at the Civic Center lot, its plate and vehicle photos attached.
  • Two reads of 6WNB317 found by searching part of the plate, each with its match, photos, place, and time.

Your operators find violations faster, and you see every pass.

The tow, security, and parking enforcement operators you already work with check every plate on a drive instead of walking rows, so violations are found and handled the same night. Every patrol can show up in your own view of the property: when it ran, how many plates were checked, and what was flagged.

  • Patrol’s reads at Sunset Ridge Apartments: 226ZZE, a Honda CR-V, not registered and lit; under it 7KTR402, a resident, and HDV9318, a resident, in a reserved space.
  • Last patrol at Sunset Ridge Apartments, Oct 10 at 01:56 AM: 412 plates scanned, and nothing needs attention.

A ticket can come before a tow.

One tap prints it in the vehicle. The driver scans its code and sees photos of their car on the page where they pay or appeal, before anyone calls the office.

See which step each property allows
At 11:02 PM in the vehicle, one tap on Ticket for 226ZZE and the parking ticket feeds out of the printer in seconds, with its code to scan and pay.
At 8:05 AM the driver scans the ticket’s code; the pay page opens on two photos of their car, with File an appeal under the wallet, and the driver pays with Apple Pay: Payment Received.
