Parkva for parking enforcement operators

One system for every property you run.

Campus, hospital, ski resort, high-rise, or mixed-use block: run each one’s parking management end to end, from permits and paid parking to enforcement on foot or from the car, and show each owner what it earned.

Still a different system at every property?

The resort came with pay stations, the hospital with a staff spreadsheet, and the hotel with nightly phone calls. So your officers carry three devices, tows go out by text, and each owner’s month is built by hand.

With Parkva

You decide how each property parks.

Set who parks in each zone and how, whether a car gets a warning before a ticket, and who checks in guests or approves a tow. Change any of it without new hardware or a reprinted sign.

  • Ellery Medical Center’s curved glass pavilion over its parking on a bright day.

    Ellery Medical Center

Staff park from the hospital’s list. The front rows stay for patients, and the clinic desk checks them in.

  • Marlowe College on a game day: fans in red and cream walk between parked cars toward the stadium.

    Marlowe College

Students park from the college’s list each term. Visitors pay by the hour, and game days cost more.

  • Silver Pine Mountain at sunrise: its stone lodge and pool over the lot, the mountains behind.

    Silver Pine Mountain

Day passes sell from the sign, prices rise on powder days, and a full lot says Sold out before anyone pays.

  • Wharf Row on a bright autumn day: shops, red trees, people walking, and cars at the curb.

    Wharf Row

Out front is for customers. Hotel guests, shop staff, residents, and the college’s overflow each have their own place to park.

  • Alder Tower’s garage: a silver electric crossover charging beside an empty EV space.

    Alder Tower

Monthly parkers buy from the sign, EV spaces go by the month, and the moving van gets a day pass.

Taking over a property? Start from the file you have: every row is checked before anything is saved, and the property is ready for parkers that day.

Where drivers already pay through ParkMobile, keep it: their paid sessions count when your officers check a car.

No more plate lists by email.

The hotel’s desk checks in tonight’s guests, and each shop keeps its own staff cars. Each term, the college’s list goes up from a file or its student system, and anyone not on it comes off on a date you’ve already seen.

One scan: permitted, paid, or neither.

Where a cart isn’t allowed, walk it: one photo of the plate checks permits, guest passes, and paid sessions, and the ticket prints from the printer on your officer’s belt. Where you drive and your state allows it, Parkva Patrol reads every plate.

A new officer works like your veterans.

Officers sign in from any phone’s browser, or the Parkva app for iPhone and iPad. Each property’s rules come with them, and when a step isn’t allowed, the phone says why.

Customer spaces, covered between patrols.

Wharf Row’s shops want their spaces kept for customers. Parkva Watch looks over them, and a driver who parks and walks off, or a car past its limit, reaches you as a clip to accept or dismiss.

No ticket left in the old system.

Bring the last vendor’s ticket history with you. A driver paying today’s ticket sees its photos and any older tickets on that car, and can pay them together.

Your name is on the ticket, its payment page, and the card statement.

Appeals come to one queue.

The driver’s appeal arrives with their photos beside your officer’s. Forgiving it voids the ticket; denying it texts the driver a pay link. Nothing waits in an inbox.

No more tows ordered by text.

Request the tow from the case. Where the contract says so, it waits for the property’s OK, then reaches your tow driver or the tow operator you work with. The record shows who asked, who approved, and when.

Answer the owner before they call.

Each owner opens their own property’s page: what was enforced this week, every appeal decided, and what it earned and from what.

Drivers pay the property directly, and each payment divides automatically between the property, you, and any vendor, as agreed. Parkva never sets the amounts.

A shop calls about a car in its spaces? Your officer’s scan, the warning, and what happened next are on one screen.
