Keep guest parking for guests.

When residents’ second cars fill the guest row, visitors circle. Guests register from a resident’s link or code, each pass counts against that unit’s stays, and a car living on guest passes reaches your office.

Guest, not a car to tow.

With a paper guest list, it’s the call you dread: “my guest registered and still got towed.” In Parkva, the pass is on the platform your enforcement operator checks in the same step, and the check before any tow reads “Guest · until 6:00 AM.”

A sign-in sheet isn’t a pass.

On a sign-in sheet, any unit number parks free. Ask for the unit and last name, or the resident’s own guest code. If a code gets passed around, your office resets it on the spot.

  • Before Parkva · a sign-in sheet
  • With Parkva · the unit and last name

  • With Parkva · the resident’s code

Guest pages in five languages.

The same guest limits, no debates.

“Why does my neighbor get more guests?” Every unit gets the same two limits, guests at once and stays every 30 days, counted the same however each guest registered, and residents see where they stand.

A resident’s own car can’t take a free guest pass. Typed the plate wrong? Cancel a free pass within 30 minutes and it doesn’t count as a stay.

When a guest keeps coming back.

Before a neighbor mentions it, your office sees the car and its repeat guest passes. Allow a daily caregiver, add the car to its unit if its driver lives there, or stop its passes.

When a guest stays the week.

A week-long visit shouldn’t need a call to the office. Where you sell week passes, one covers the visit as a single stay under the unit’s limits, and optional guest credits keep occasional guests free.

  • The guest picks a week at the pay page.

  • The resident sees the week and their credits.

Short-term rental guests park the same way, paying by the night or week from their host’s link, under that unit’s limits.

One part of Parkva Permit.

The same product runs your residents’ parking, paid passes, and the platform your enforcement operator checks against.
